New Message From Jamie for Tiny Life Charity + New Picture

@TinyLifeCharity: "@TinyLifeCharity new year appeal Patron @JamieDornan. Text 70707 to show ur support for prem or sick babies.  Plz RT"

This year Patrons, David Healy MBE, Paddy Wallace and Stephen Clements support our New Year appeal. The trio are all dads who know the importance of the strong family support and can appreciate the work of TinyLife in providing practical and emotional support to the parents of premature and sick babies, particularly new dads.
Keep an eye out around Northern Ireland as our New Year billboard campaign reveals why David, Paddy and Stephen have chosen to support TinyLife in a bid to raise awareness of our Family Support Services. TinyLife’s newest Patron Jamie Dornan will also be supporting the campaign via a digital billboard through our website and social media sites.

Jamie's message:
"All new dads need support. Especially TinyLife dads.
When our little one arrived it was a time of joy and celebration, but for parent of a premature or sick baby these feelings turn to fear and anxiety.
Help to make sure TinyLife is there for them. Text TINY to 70707 to make a £5 donation.
Jamie Dornan
Proud Patron of Tiny Life"

More from Jamie:
"I have grown up knowing all about the wonderful work of TinyLife as my father, Professor Jim Dornan was a founding member of the organisation, back when it was known as NIMBA. Now, as a new dad myself, I am inspired by the incredible work of this local charity.
From humble beginnings, the charity has grown into a diverse organisation offering a range of complimentary services all whilst still maintaining its roots in vital medical research. Since its inception in 1988, TinyLife has supported a number of invaluable research projects including the development of surfactant (a wonder drug that allows premature baby’s lungs to work effectively) which is now making a difference to premature babies being born worldwide. I am extremely passionate about the work of TinyLife and that is why I am delighted to be a patron."
